2005 INACE Buccaneer 95

Kindness to the World is a 95-foot INACE Buccaneer 95 built in Fortaleza, Brazil, in 2005. Originally launched as Sylvia’s Surprise, she was designed as a long-range expedition-style motor yacht by Mike Kirschstein, with a three-deck layout, spacious accommodations and the substantial tankage needed for extended cruising. At 95 feet 2 inches, with a 23-foot 7-inch beam and 7-foot 3-inch draft, she has the proportions of a serious ocean-going yacht while retaining the comfort and amenities of a luxury motor yacht.

Powered by twin Caterpillar 3406 diesel engines, Kindness to the World cruises at approximately 11 knots and has an impressive 5,000-nautical-mile range. Her five guest suites can accommodate up to 10 guests, with quarters for five crew, and her semi-displacement hull and large fuel capacity make her particularly well suited to long-distance cruising. With a steel hull, aluminum superstructure and teak decks, she was built for extended time at sea rather than simply coastal cruising.
